Hi. My name is Ron Jones. I’m a credentialed Physical Education and Health Science teacher and Historical Kinesiologist who has studied the history of PE and fitness for over 25 years. I’ve worked with numerous populations such as youth (age 8 and above), corporate, athletes (Pro, Olympic, Collegiate, Youth, Senior), seniors (to age 92 including WWII veterans), disabled, autistic, Down Syndrome, obese (up to 500+ pounds), and many others who wanted to improve their lives through healthy fitness and food.
