“A Little Bit of Salt and Pepper” was an article published in a 1972 booklet by the National Varsity Called entitled, “Conditioning for a Purpose: What’s Your Program?”
I secured this booklet during research on 1960s physical education without knowing what kind of articles or content was inside. I found this article somewhat profound considering the current times in June 2020. I have read the article word-for-word without commentary. Interpretation is for you to decide.
