This is the third video post of four we will be featuring with Philippe Til, translator of George Hebert’s “The Natural Method,” who joins us for an overview of this amazing French movement system and its influences on global and American physical education and fitness.
In this video, Philippe layers the basic fundamental movements with a “forward position” which further builds the Hebert system. He carefully explains the “extra” range of motion emphasized and why it is important. These movements will then be used in the final Part IV video for “backward” moves which are more challenging.
