Jack LaLanne’s birthday was this week which caused us to reflect at The Lean Berets Basecamp. If it was not for Jack LaLanne, there would be no Lean Berets. He was truly our inspiration for launch. This is a great vintage video clip teaching that no matter how much money you have in life–you CANNOT “Buy” health. No deals. Sweat equity. Make a note of it.
