We have used “Dynamic Warm-Ups” or dynamic stretching for years in corporate wellness and fitness training with great success. This is our Hand, Wrist, & Elbow “Teaching” edition where we voice over the directions for each 16 exercise drills featured. Once you understand how to do each exercise properly, you can use our “Music Only” Hand, Wrist, & Elbow Mobility Video, but make sure to learn the key points before you leave the teaching version.
Please don’t be intimidated with the exercises. Do your best. As you are mindful of your form–your efficiency will improve. Enjoy–healthier movement!!!
