Indian Club Purchases: We used the MotionRx polycarbon clubs with a “classical design” meaning the knob was a bit smaller than some of the contemporary wooden clubs. The wooden clubs below are of excellent quality too, but just note that they will have a larger knob on the end which is a little more awkward during some of the drills. All three are American companies.

Inversion: We support Dr. Thomas in ONLY recommending inversion products by the Teeter Company in Washington. Teeter makes the best inversion equipment available.
Posture: There are two critical points–seat angles and desk top angles. We use the Disc-O-Sit to restore the lumbar spine back into neutral by reducing hip flexion to about 60 degrees. We use a slant board to bring reading and writing angles up to 22 degrees.
Co-Presenters: These people and organizations provided breakout sessions.
