Thank you for attending my events at the 2019 Breakthroughs International Conference @ San Diego State University!
Here are some helpful references to my keynote and breakout session. I hope you found the historical perspective to movement helpful–for your own movement as well as for your instruction with clients and students too.
Post-Conference Comments: WOW! It’s hard to know where to start…I’ve never been around a group of people so vibrant and supportive at a conference. I feel I learned more than I shared. There was such a deep level of experience in our group and from so many areas of health and life. And…you people know how to party! Re-phrase…WE know how to party! It was truly an honor and pleasure to be a part of the group. Thanks again for the warm invitation and so many personal conversations with loving eye contacts and soul-locks during the week.
I’ve done my best to provide the references and training videos, so if you attended the breakout session, you should be able to engage safely and begin to enjoy the practice and restoration of the restorative art basics. If you need more help, I’m available for Skype Consultations on-line to help you adjust your form and efficiency. Namaste. -RJ

Pre-Show History Quotes Show: Thanks for noticing and appreciating the historic wisdom on movement and leisure. 🙂
Equipment: For attendees, the two we prioritized were: Health Wands & SandBells. I also discussed and demonstrated the small & larger clubs plus the “Meel Sticks” They are all wonderful tools; however, a simple wand and single SandBell are great starters! 🙂

Videos:
- Brain Health & SandBells:
- Call Down: I did not get a chance to show you this movement series, but it is the only series of movements that can immediately quiet down my 90 elementary students and focus them on calm and gentle movement and breath.
- Health Wands: We did all these in the breakout session except the Y & T Side Bends. Just watch the videos and use the basics we learned; you’ll do great!
- MOJO MOVES! These are my demo videos using music without voice. I’m putting “art into utility.” My intention is for people to FEEL the movements and reflect upon them.
