Posture is boring; so is sitting on the sidelines during the game of life with chronic back pain…by the age of ten.
Pre-World War II, America did not have problems with chronic back pain. Currently, over 80% of American adults will suffer from back pain–even higher percentages are manifesting in younger generations coming right out of high school. From 1997-2007, physical education injuries in American grade schools rose 150%. Our kids have less real physical “education” now than ever–yet get hurt more often. Overuse injuries are at an all-time high from year-round sport programs which load up volume and intensity on kids with poor structure. So “some” kids move more, but what happened to the quality of movement once common in America’s youth? American businesses are being crippled by PREVENTABLE healthcare costs. Maybe we should start asking some deeper questions?
The Lean Berets are taking action with simple solutions for these complex problems that face American children, adults, and businesses. Are YOU ready to ROLL/ROLE intelligently with purpose?
