Fitness and human movement can be complex. No matter what the level of education and experience, I have found it helpful in my career to keep things simple. I often get great questions which shake out to the following examples:
WHAT are you doing?
WHY are you doing it?
HOW can this help me?
These are sincere and important questions. To answer these inquiries, I’ve created a special YouTube Playlist on “WHAT, WHY, & HOW?” topics that will cover many different methods and tools I have used the last 20 years. Many of the videos will focus on the “Classical Physical Education” era from 1885-1920. More specifically, the “Restorative Arts” content area of classical PE and fitness which is my speciality.
