One of our favorite “fitness tools” is the simple yet productive SandBell. “SandBells” are soft sand-filled discs made by Hyperwear in Texas. They range from just a couple of pounds to 50 pounds. Most of our drills and games use the lightest SandBells which are only two pounds.
